"The Stars Shift Shifts Every Million Years" is an emotional, stargazing journey through the roads of America, recorded over a two-week road trip with a Tascam four-track tape recorder. Jioni combines its love of low-fidelity sound with its raw, heartfelt poetry, piano melodies, and soulful guitar to create a unique musical experience that will take you through the cosmic voyage of life, memory, and the slow movement of the stars.

Recorded on the roads of The United States from December 21st, 2023, to January 5th, 2024, Retouched, re-recorded and added to the piano at Wallaby Media House (Jioni’s house) throughout the rest of January.

This entire EP is beautifully done. Emotional, endearing, and real. Each track here is introspective and gentle, while at the same time raw and honest.
